1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and p567.cam ("p567", "Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the p567 online casino and sports betting platform, including all games, services, features, content, and applications offered through the website located at https://p567.cam (the "Platform" or "Service").

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access most features of the p567 Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment methods. You agree to promptly update your account information if any changes occur.

3.2 Account Verification

p567 employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR licensing requirements. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and payment method verification before you can withdraw funds from your account. Failure to provide requested documentation within thirty (30) days may result in account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to immediately notify p567 of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. p567 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access that occurs due to your failure to maintain account security.

3.4 Account Suspension and Termination

p567 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; creation of multiple accounts; failure to provide required verification documents; chargebacks or payment disputes; or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, any remaining account balance may be forfeited if termination resulted from your breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

p567 accepts deposits via multiple payment methods popular in the Philippines, including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers via InstaPay and PesoNet, over-the-counter payments at authorized outlets, and cryptocurrency wallets. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed after your account has been verified through our KYC procedures. p567 aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours for verified accounts, though actual processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of requests. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account dashboard. We reserve the right to request additional verification documentation before processing large withdrawals.

Bonus Abuse: p567 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes, or using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay. We reserve the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and terminate accounts engaged in bonus abuse.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered (bonus amount multiplied by the wagering multiplier) before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. In the event of any discrepancy between game rules displayed within a game and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail for matters relating to that particular game.

6.2 Random Number Generator (RNG)

All slot games, video poker, and other RNG-based games on p567 use certified random number generators that have been tested and approved by independent gaming laboratories. RNG outcomes are completely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by the player or the casino. Live dealer games use physical cards, dice, and roulette wheels operated by trained dealers and are not subject to RNG technology.

6.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical failure, all affected bets and payouts are void. p567 will make commercially reasonable efforts to correct errors and restore game functionality promptly. 6.4 Irregular Play

Accounts found to be engaged in irregular play may be suspended or terminated, and winnings may be forfeited.

7. Sports Betting

The p567 Platform offers sports betting services on various sporting events, including basketball (PBA, NBA), boxing, mixed martial arts (UFC), football, esports, and other sports. All sports bets are subject to the official rules of the governing body of each sport. Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports organization or authority.

Settlement of Bets: Sports bets are settled according to the result at the conclusion of the event. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will generally be voided unless otherwise specified in the specific sport's rules. Live in-play bets are accepted up until the moment we suspend betting on that market; any bets placed after suspension will be rejected.

Errors and Mispricing: p567 reserves the right to void or adjust bets that were accepted due to obvious errors in odds, including but not limited to: odds that are materially different from market standards; human error in odds entry; or technical errors in odds display. 8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the p567 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and possible legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account

9. Intellectual Property Rights

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the p567 Platform without our prior written consent, except as necessary for your personal use of the Platform. • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform;
• Any content obtained from the Platform;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
• System failures, delays, or interruptions in service;
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in content or game outcomes;
• Any gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform.

IN NO EVENT SHALL P567'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO P567 IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR ONE THOUSAND PHILIPPINE PESOS (PHP 1,000), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

15. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled through the following process:

15.2 Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with Philippine arbitration law. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines, before a single arbitrator. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award rendered may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

15.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against p567.

15.4 Jurisdiction

For disputes not subject to arbitration, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its intent. If such modification is not possible, the invalid provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and p567 concerning your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and p567 regarding the subject matter herein.
